Since 2000, EUPD Research stands for primary data-based research and consultancy services in the field of environmental and social sustainability. We are active in both the national and international context and align our field of work in the area of environmental sustainability with the four fundamental pillars of the energy transition: Electricity, Heat, Mobility and Energy Efficiency. Against the background of the current ESG transformation, the focus of our expertise is on the technologies of photovoltaics, electricity storage, heat pumps and electromobility.

Your Challenge:
- Manage overall relationships with assigned customers, overseeing onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, retention, and ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Develop a trusted, strategic advisor relationship to enhance the value of our products and services
- Collaborate with the creative team to maintain and develop customer strategies, best practices, and content
- Maintain and manage existing customer care metrics and data
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the customer journey, assisting customers in overcoming challenges and achieving goals
- Coordinate interactions and workflows among internal and external staff, ensuring timely project deliverables
- Plan strategies for upcoming client meetings in collaboration with team members
- Prepare documents and materials for clients, illustrating campaign performance and analysing trends for improvement
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to secure client references and create case studies
Your Profile:
- Completed Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree
- 3-5 years of professional experience in communications management, marketing, sales, account management, or customer service
- Excellent communication skills and knowledge of end-to-end project management
- Team player with a learning mindset
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in a cross-functional environment with tight deadlines
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
You will stand out if:
- you have experience in B2B event planning
- you have experience in PM tools, such as Asana and Jira
- you are fluent in German
